A.J and Matt easy to talk with at the front desk. Give them a call and see what they can help with. Fantastic place to get your tesla worked on. Little pricey but it's Teslas... important thing is having competent people working on your vehicles that you trut, that's what's important to me. The energy I get there, is... they can handle the task. So that's where I go.

I felt compelled to share my experience right away with EV Republic. Even though I have not yet had any service performed on my Tesla, the experience of dropping off my vehicle and speaking with the two gentlemen at the front desk completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and make sure I understood what to expect. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Finding a shop you can trust with your Tesla can be stressful, but after my experience today, I am confident I chose the right place. Customer service like this is hard to find, and first impressions matter. EV Republic made an excellent one. Thank you both for taking the time to make us feel comfortable and informed. I had an outstanding experience with EV’s Republic and can confidently say this is one of the best independent Tesla and EV repair shops in Sacramento and Northern California. I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for diagnostics, suspension issues, and HV battery concerns after getting extremely expensive estimates from the Tesla Service Center. The team at EV’s Republic quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail, and provided honest recommendations that saved me thousands of dollars. Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles, including Model S, Model 3, Model X, and Model Y repairs. You can tell they truly specialize in Tesla battery repair, EV diagnostics, charging systems, maintenance, and overall electric vehicle service. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me updated every step of the way. What impressed me most was the professionalism, transparency, and fast turnaround time. I recently contacted EVS Republic regarding a potential upgrade to the front trunk (frunk) of my Tesla Model 3. Ajay, one of the service advisors, provided excellent and honest guidance throughout our conversation. He thoughtfully explained that the existing front trunk is already quite robust and well-designed, and that modifying it might not be necessary. He also pointed out potential interference with other vehicle features which helped me make a more informed decision. Ajay answered all of my questions patiently, without rushing and demonstrated genuine expertise and transparency. I truly appreciated his straightforward advice and the time he took to address my concerns. Moving forward, EVS Republic will be my first call for any EV-related questions or service needs
